460 timing problems
Hey I'm having problems on the timing for my 460 I set it with it at tdc with the rotor and stator all lined up and ready but when I go to fire the motor it backfires out of the carb with little puffs os smoke like its firing with the intake valve still

90/K75s I'm replacing the timing chain components at the moment, with the front most piston, #3 on TDC the valves are closed. Everything as it should be except the timing marks on the cam sprockets, crank sprocket and crank keyway notch are no where
