To warm-up myself I do: 200 rope jumping 5 pull ups, 20 push-ups and 40 sit-ups. After warming-up I do: -ladder/pyramid pull-ups(if I do 10 pull-ups, I'll do the exercise till 7 pull-ups each series. Each series I'm allowed to break only 50

I vote my IDI cus its dead simple, and can run on a rediculously WIDE array of fuels. 4x4 with a standard shift tranny, and ya have an almost bulletproof vehicle...... what you guys think?
