I plan on using Rustoleum Stops Rust on my entire car, aswell as the bumpers. How do I need to prep the plastic bumper for good adhesion?

Rechroming - will it work on my bumpers?
My bumpers are not in bad shape other than a bit dull, a little bit pitted and a small ding in the back one. Would rechroming work on less than perfect bumpers? Is it worth my rechroming the dented bumper - can I get it flattened out or am I wasting
