Mixing RBSD training with sport fighting systems?
What do you think about the mixing training of RBSD with sport fighting (like Boxing, Muay Thai,..)? Sport fighting is yes limited by roules but gives you a good conditioning. In other way in gives you a false attitude. Or is better to do only RBSD

How important is fitness/strength
How important is fitness/strength? If you could have a hypothetical match up between two guys where one was a fitness/strength monster in incredible shape and really strong but had no training at all in MMA/RBSD/martial arts nor a huge amount of street

Systema Open Hand Slaps Work
I don't know if the slapper is Systema trained but the knockout blows are both open hand slaps that look similar to those used by Systema adepts. You can see the way the slapper looks down and stands slightly side on to the doorman that he is going to hit
