It's three weeks already since the season began (he was supposed to be out for three weeks with that infection). Any one knows when we will get him back?

I’m looking for a little motivation and/or guidance here. Brief background: Been running over 4 years now. Completed 1 marathon but crashed and burned hard at mile 21 and staggered in in 4:20. Wound up in the medical tent getting an IV due to dehydration.
