Cooter Brown top

anyone have the cooter brown top from EMP. Says it is Made from 1/4 inch thick Polyethylene. I guess my main question is how well to the plastic tops hold up or is it better to spend a more and get a aluminum one. also with the plastic roofs has anyone had problems with them when trailering going 65 down the road. here is a picture of the cooter brown one.
