How to refinish a brushed bezel with the grain going in a circular direction

or to brush a polished bezel.....
saw this somewhere and it works, items needed
masking tape
X-acto knife or razor blade
scotch-brite pad
and a thumb tack, old school no push pins!!
THIS IS A REINACTMENT, should have took pics while i was doing it but set it up to show you how to do it!

first off tape up the crystal then carefully cut around the crysta
