Why don't they put a little salt in the wound???

Well remember back on October 23 this year when I had a bad day because I hit that big buck in the mountains of PA and , never was able to find him??? Well last night I open my mail to see that Obama's Commy, Fredrick, Maryland Police send me ticket because some damn camera took my picture going though a red light at ten till Midnight that same night and I had no idea I ever did it. What a crock of $#!t!!!!!! This country is all screwed
