new here need moto-mower info

Hi all I found this site looking for info on my moto-mower I live in connecticut. I was looking to see if anyone could tell me what year it is? the model is 6008 type 101 ser #k10427...
I was told by the guy i bought it from it was a 1969 but he was not sure. it has a kohler 8 hp
motor that runs like a champ. any help would be much appreciated thanks doug

Well its been awhile since I've shown any progress on my 10 hp Moto-Mower. As of today its pretty well reassembled. I acquired a replacement transaxle as the original had a blown reverse. I finally got that painted and got everything bolted up today. Now,
