Reccomendations for FMF Power Programmer settings?

Hey folks, I'm installing my FMF Programmer as we speak and I'd like to get every last bit of power out of it, especially bottom end torque. I'm looking for suggestions on the settings. Here's some related info-

The bike is an '08 R, stock pipe, air box has a 2" hole in the top. The engine is pretty much stock for now and will stay that way for a little longer. I do have a 12 tooth CS and that's it for engine/geari
