How much Boost is safe for an SR?

Safe Boost Level Question.

Right lads, Quick question: Does anyone know the safe boost limits for the JDM 98MY Subaru Forester S/Tb? Car has as standard a TD04L. Will eventually be upgrading to a VF48.
