FORD Racing A460 or Scj blocks

I was just looking throtgh the Motorsports book and looking at the m-6010-SCj block vs the M-6010-A460 block are the same Except the SCJ block has a maximun over bore of 4.625 vs the A460 at 4.600? what the Beef here? also how much is the SCJ block?
