The Ultimate One Arm Push-up *Video*

I posted a new blog this morning about one arm push-ups. In the video I attempt the Convict Conditioning Push-up Master Step - aka the Ultimate One Arm Pushup!

My form is still not yet totally perfect, but I think I'm very close!

Let's see what everybodies ultimate fitness goals are. This should be interesting. As for me mine are multiple one arm chin/pull ups.(I have one already.) and my longterm goal is the one arm hanstand push up against a wall.
15 years old planche push up training
i got 5 straddle push ups but i cant lock it up... tucked are easy for me and im doing wall PU now..
(lifelineusa) Power Pushup 180lbs.
I just got the Power Pushup from dickssportinggoods today and it is pretty cool but not nearly as hard as i though it would be.It is rated at 180lbs. but i think that is at the top only when you lock out i did a bunch of sets 20 - 30 rep range pretty
