Routine for martial arts

Hi, I am new on this forum so I will introduce myself.
I am a 51 years old male and I live in Holland (so sorry for my bad Englisch).
Since the age off 15 I have practiced all kinds off martial arts, starting with karate, pencjac silat, kung-fu, ful-contact karate, boxing and since I dont compete anymore my focus now is to work on the things I think will work in a streetfight.
I never have payed much attention to supplementary training but
