Alternative to inverted rows?

Alternative to inverted rows?

I am having trouble doing inverted rows as I am not strong enough to keep my legs in the air and I don't have anything to rest my legs on. Does any body know any good alternatives that I can do until I am stronger?

I'm a little vague on the rules, but think I can remember .... Games like... Cricket where you shoot for wickets on 25's and Bull (1 and 2 wickets) ..scoring runs for the player or team in bat is every point over 60 or 40 if you like. Snooker -
