Hey guys, I'm really intrested in learning the move "human flag". I can't really manage to hold it at all, so how did you guys train to learn it?
Should I use a pole, or a "ladder wall" (no idea what it is called, found in athletic gyms etc).
Any tips/tricks would be appreciated.
Thanks,
Kriss
