10 sets of 5 exercises. pullups, dips, body wt. deep squats, pushups, renegade sit-ups. 20 reps each. I tried this yesterday and scored 803 reps in 60 min. Not the best day I've felt but I tried it anyway. I will be back for more next week. Not a fun workout unless your a grinder and enjoy suffering. Try it and let me know what you think.
