L sit progression

Hi all, ive been trying to do l sits on push up bars and struggerling lol. but i have found that i can just about lift my legs off the floor if i have my back against a wall. is his any good for progression upto proper l sit?? thx

Well I can now jump into a muscle up, I couldn't even do that before. Doing this variety at least has given me a chance to figure out what the transition should feel like.
ive been training for the one arm pull up for a while i can now get about half way up before i cant go any farther. can you guys who have acheived the one arm pull up give me any advise on how to get farther up? itd be much appreciated.
Can someone give me a front lever progression that helped them achieve the hold? Right now i am doing 6 sets front lever hold 10 sec (1 leg tucked) -supersetted with backlever hold max 6 sets front lever pulls 5 reps supersetted with bent arm
Been told its a good read but its a bit on the expensive side. Has anyone read it? Is it worth it? Cheers, CW
