Book: Building The Gymnastic Body

I have a few questions about the book "Building the Gymnastic Body".

On "Integrated Training":
Did I understand correctly that I combine static with dynamic exercises.
So back lever and immediately after that pull-ups.
back lever - pull-ups - back lever and so on ...?

Hope someone has read the book.

this is probably an awesome book
What's in this book? I was thinking about getting it. It seems pretty good, but I'm not sure exactly what it covers.
It would be very interesting that someone would remember to do a book about Bar-Hitting, with pictures, explanations of movements the names of the movements, advice's, etc.., A book about the sport, with the best barhitter's.
Anyone pick this book up? One of the best books on calisthenics I've ever read. There's 10 progressions from zero to hero for six power moves: pushups, bridges, pull ups, handstand pushups, hanging leg raises, and squats to the master steps of each,
I wonder if the 'water depletion' in Vegan body building in preparing for shows is done or if there is some sort of unique approach? Thank you.
