Planche training.

1st set hip push ups x 4 / reps20+ easy
2nd set WIDE tucked planche push ups x 4 / reps8-12.
3rd set full planche push ups against the wall x3 / reps 8-10

i repeat this 1 time

this is my morning routine for now and my night routine @ home .

why i do this? cause i whant that full planche push ups !

Im trying to make myself a routine to train for planche. I have the whole day to train so time is not a problem. Some of the things I know I should do from what Ive read/watched are: Preheab - such as planche leans, wrist pushups, bended arm planch
Three sets of planche holds, 1st set 4sec but best quality,2nd set ok but 6 sec,3rd set 11 sec hold but not the best i also did 35 sets like the ones you see here. I will keep training hard and work on my form.Here you go.
How can i get my first full planche hold ?
i got 5 straddle push ups but i cant lock it up... tucked are easy for me and im doing wall PU now..
