Has anyone made a camper out of a B body wagon?

I'm throwing around the Idea of making a camper out of a RMW after seeing a tear drop camper trailer. Don't know
if I'll ever have the time, but I'm trying to figure out a cool (different) way to have a camper, just a place for 2
adults to sleep, and be able to carry a bunch of camping stuff, like a lg. tent for the kids. Has anyone done/seen this
done to a RMW, Caprice wagon, or OCC? Am I crazy?

1978 F-250 Camper Special ??'s
Hey, I'm looking at a 1978 F-250 Ranger XLT Camper Special. It's a super cab. It has a 351M 4 speed. Is this most likely the stock engine? Would it have Traction-Loc? Air? Not sure what all was included in the "Camper Special"
