gut and claen out your gurnard , get a roasting tin and put your gurnard into your tin and lightly pour olive oil over your gurnard , put into oven on 200 degrees and cook for 10 mins then take your tin with gurnard in out of the oven cover with tin foil for another 15 mins , when fish is cooked put onto a plate and you can literly carve it like chicken its comes apart like chicken meat so juicy . a lovly d
