Interior light tubes

Does anybody know where I can obtain a new strip tube for the rear interior lighting,when I open the door mine just glows a bit whereas the other side is really bright on the high setting. Gareth

has anyone done any modifications to the dashboard? New dials, custom consoles, leather, ipod docks, 7" screens etc. Can you post pictures or links please. I'm thinking of doing a custom dash with new dials and console, need ideas. Thanks.
