Steering wheel adapters

I know this has been touched on before but I cant seem to find the results. What are you folks doing when you swap out steering wheels, seems there isnt a kit available for our econolines, or is there? I was told that the Grant 4280 would work but I am unsure of that, it is listed as a 67 to late 70 ford full size vans? Any information would be great.
