Michelin Pilot Road 2 Front & Michelin Pilot Road 3 Rear

I have a Michelin Pilot Road 2 front and rear combination. As my rear is worn far more than the front I'm about to replace it. Is it a bad idea to throw the new Michelin Pilot Road 3 on to mix it with the Michelin Pilot Road 2 front? I don't think it is
