motorcyle tyres on car rims

hi guys looking for some help,am building a bike,rear tyre size is 300/35/18 i have looked up rim size for tyre and have bought a porcshe wheel 18x 10j but have inflated it to around 100psi but it will not bead,do i need to modify the wheel or will i have to get air into tyre quicker for it to bead,or am i just wasting my time although i have been reading about the darkside so if its possible one way surely it should work in reverse?

Tyres for 14" GTS rims

beetle wheels with tyres
They are a lot better than I remember wheel one and two are the ones needing some TLC, and another has a flat tyre, but there are three decent tyres with tread on as well so let me know what you think. Wheel 1 (the most damaged one) fine
Rare oettinger 15"x7j rims with tyres
Got these oettinger alloys in a px for my valver. they're 4x100 15" x 7 195 50 15s with great tread et 25 apparently they came on a very rare mk2 golf model, a 2.1l gti? never seen them before £350
