smoothing my mk4 golfs bumpers?

anyone no of any places people recommendations decided im goin for the smooth look with my bumpers n even side strips too but want bumpers done for defo im sure there was some 1 on forum here who done it with a red mk4 golfs bumpers or am i wrong in thinkin that

Here's my mk3, went through several stages of ratty-ness and then ended up orange. This is pretty much how i want it now apart from changing those mirrors for some standard ones which i'll somehow put side repeaters in, want some banded g60s and more
I would like to shave or smooth out the seams between all the exterior side body panels... what's the way to do it? I have noticed the panel flanges in the walls have rust (like a lot of the van!), but I assume they provide rigidity for the panels...
