Flat black! grrrr

Well Ive got a little honda civic I really wanna paint flat black at least till I get the body right...well for the life of me I cannot get an even coat. I thinned the paint same as always 50/50ish ratio. Ive tried THICK coats, thin coats ect and I cannot get an even coat. I have roller marks galore. Anyone done a flat black job have any tips for me?

Just recently painted my lancer es wheels flat black with duplicolor wheel paint and red vinyl on the emblems just thought i would post because usually people do this with their gts wheels and show how the es wheels look I was going to do the red ring
I would like to get my rims done flat black. If somebody could help me with it and show me what to do it would be great. Cash incentives definetly .
So I got everything pretty much prepped (sanding, got dings out, primer over bare metal areas) planning to spray my car on Monday. My brain is set on rusto flat black, I saw some really good results, so my mind won't get swayed to another color or another
